Question: Why did my Corporate Visa card get rejected on your order form? I am certain that we have enough credit and I can use it elsewhere...

Answer: Recently it has come to our attention that a few customers with Corporate Visa Card were rejected when ordering online without being shown an understandable error message. This problem doesn't happen to everyone who uses Corporate Visa Card. The reason you had this problem might be that your Corporate Visa Account was set up to block certain shareware payment services, such as ShareIt or Digital River, that are located outside North America (our payment processor is located in Germany). Unfortunately, you will have to use a different card to purchase OR you can try ordering using the other methods I described above. In addition, you can also phone your Visa company and ask them to remove the block temporarily.
