will this work as a commenting system?

I am interested in having users leave feedback about the different articles and reviews posted on my web site. User reviews about the reviews posted on the site. Does the forum software have the ability to do a commenting system at the bottom of my articles?

No, you will have to put up a link at the bottom at your article to direct users to a topic for article discussion on the forum.
