what level of support would I be able to get?

I am interested in choosing a forum software as a communication medium for our corporate intranet (Adaptec Instrument Inc.) and we are seriously considering using your software for several internal reasons. Could you tell us more about the level of support we will be getting from the commercial license? Thanks
