what is the difference between personal and commercial?

is there a functional difference? or is it just a license difference?

the only difference is that you can only run forum on personal site with personal license

For commercial sites, commercial license is required.

This scheme is to ensure minimal costs to personal/non-profit org and to ensure commercial license owners with most extensive supports.

As far as forum function goes, there is no difference.

Also, International version will be released in a day or two (I need to sort out some discrepancies among the feedbacks I received)
