welcome pm message

I know you can have a welcome message when someone is added to a group.

Is it also possible to send a new member (after registration) a welcome message?.. board rules, simple/short FAQ etc.. would be very handy. this could be made as a server message?

I also think customizable warnings about where you posting. I mean if you are in a Photo upload page, warning says careful about not too use illegal photo and reminds that picture will be moderated.

In a certain forum could also have certain rules differs from others. Just a case in our forum you can not open more than a topic in a Second Hand sales forum. That would be great if some reminder tells user for not doing wrong without even knowing.

the PM is send from account 0 as by default, but I am not using that account. So when people reply to that PM, and they do reply with questions, I don't read it.

it would be great if I could configure in the admin control panel who sends the PM
