user-defined sort order: latest date on top/bottom

Hi -

I did a search of "all forums" to make sure I could not find this topic.
The closest I found seemed to be talk of the .Net version (the version I have) having a way to set sort order forum-wide for all users.
But I'm wondering if there is (I don't see it anywhere in my user profile) or will be the ability for each user to customize their default message sort order.
For example, I personally like to have latest messages on top. But some users of mine want the opposite.

sort order is implemented as a forum preference in our current version, so although users can change the sort order, it is not available as a choice in their profile.

Is there any chance you all will be adding a per-user-profile setting for site-wide sort order?
If so, any idea when this might be available?

See, I'm managing about 40 other domains besides creditrisknetwork.com and currently eight of them are using a different forum system that I'd like to move away from and into yours but not if my users lose features important to them and this is the only feature I can see you all are missing. I have also written a content management engine which I'd like to offer your system as an "added feature" to. But again, the user-defined-in-profile-site-wide-sorting is important to me.

I originally planned to add this feature in our next version, due out Q3 this year, but we can work out a deal on this and code this feature for you into the current version.
