user deletion

I check every day the users who haven't activated their account within seven days to delete them sometimes there is also a member in between who is regularly on board, but he has resetted his pasword or changed his e-mail address and wan't able to answer the mail to check his new e-mail address. But with the list of all "would have been members" but did not respond within 7 days I cannot uncheck that specific member and that would be handy, imho. Is it possible to have a checkbox there with each members which is normally checked so you can delete them al at once as you wish, but just to uncheck one you want to keep?

use option 1 in the user deletiong section. This section will exclude anyone who has posted on the forum before.

then we cannot help with it. If he doesn't post at all, how would you know he is interested in visiting your BBS anymore? The best you can do is send out validating email again using the admin control panel.

I do not have that many users as rcuniverse's board allways 30 - 50 users online and I see the member names who are on line and I know by heart which one of them hasn't posted. A simple check box in front of each member name would solve this. then one is able to (de)select a specific name as he wishes.

ok, I will add a check box beside each member so that you can select/de-select. I still recommend you send out validation mails before deleting users.

tnx Sam.. I allways send out a second validation mail. my routine is like this I delete those who did not reply within 7 days then I check via user management who still has validation pending and send them a e-mail I try to do this every two days So when one gets deleted he or she has received 2 or more validation mails Also I check in my mailbox the validation mails which could not get deliverd because the could have been member used a fake address. Those are deleted one by one again tnx Sam ORIGINAL: Samuel ok, I will add a check box beside each member so that you can select/de-select.
