Smarter boarddown.aspx

Hello,

When the forum is offline, users are redirected to boarddown.aspx.  However, if the forum is brought back online and then the user refreshes the page, he will still see the boarddown message.

It would be nice if the user would be redirected to default.aspx from the boarddown.aspx page when the forum is back online.  That way, some unsuspecting user doesn't get fooled into believing the forum is down when it's actually up.
