Anti-trolling features

Hi,
  I'm a member of the Cakewalk user forum (which uses ASPPlayground). We've
had a barrage of trolls interrupting the user community with the usual troll antics.
We were wondering if ASPPlayground might have any features which would help
keep such bad users at bay.
Ideas have been:

a. An "Ignore" button so you can ignore a particular user or thread.

and/or

b. "Troll tagging" .. which is something which Craigslist has .. and allows members to
     tag a user, post or thread as innappropriate/offensive. If enough votes come in, then
     that user/post/thread is removed. Moderators can return them once banned. (My tweak
     on this is that you only get so many tagging votes per time period and that users with
     longer standing (gold members or whatever) get more votes per month than others.

It's entirely possible that these features are already in ASPPlayground ... if so, it would
be nice to know so that we could ask that they be enabled.
