Lockedsentences are muddled

sentences are muddled

why would words copied and pasted in a message not come out the same as they look when paste'n bold disappears and words loss the space so have to be re-edited, but in particular bold refuses to stay bold? 
although its fine here

    to paste in words document, you need to use the paste from word feature by right-clicking inside the text area and select it from the context menu.
