and/or.. it's an other suggestion to be able to specify a bg-color or bg image (like a fader) per forum in forummanagement if wanted.
ie. to highlight one forum specific for promotional purposes, or in the color of the sponsor. only in the forum overview
it should have to options for background color, border color, font color, link color.
