Samuel, here's an easy suggestion for 2.4 (I know it's easy because I've already done it on mine).

I recently deleted my signature in "my profile" and I notice, in my previous posts, the signature dividing line is still displayed (now without a signature). Could we check for empty signature before displaying in posts (pm, messages and events)? thanks
