you have to code it - you can have a look at how we do it in admin_usergroup.aspx. We call the stored procedure, spUserGroupPro, to create a user group.

If we wanted to allow users to create their own groups, is that possible? I understand the implications of this. I just want to know if there is a clean way to handle it.

This is why we have a special user group that handles user managerment. Just assign trusted people to "User Manager" and then they will be able to create groups for others.

This is the secure way to ensure that people will not abuse the forum (feature).

I would like to suggest that the users should be able to create their own group instead of the web master create the group for them.
