1) will i be able to update the forum after you release the .NET version? 2) after the 30 day e-mail period, how do i obtain support from u? (i need more specific support, like you did when i had problem installing the forum) 3) if there is gonna be a fee for supportk, how much is it? 4) since we are using the forum in a non-public environment, how do I register my copy? 5) is customization gonna be erased once i upgrade to a newer version? thanx

1) will i be able to update the forum after you release the .NET version? You will be able to update the forum up to 1.9. Our .NET version is gonna be v.2.0 2) after the 30 day e-mail period, how do i obtain support from u? (i need more specific support, like you did when i had problem installing the forum) Support is available in our private forums. Additional e-mail support will be available for a fee. You can always e-mail me before our pricing structure for support has been set. 4) since we are using the forum in a non-public environment, how do I register my copy? If it is in your intranet, then it is fine. Just let me know your company name and that' s it. 5) is customization gonna be erased once i upgrade to a newer version? We have a detailed description for upgrading. You won' t have any problems with erasing your customized header and footer and css. _____________________________ Samuel Chou
