not getting upgrade

When i fill out the form on the upgrade download thing it says its emailing me the files.. i never get them just a confirm with the password for the file.. I need to do the 2 step update to the latest version. help!

This problem exists for Outlook sp1 or earlier users. Please upgrade Outlook to SP2 so that you can receive the file (outlook express is fine). The attachment is actually mailed to you (you can check the size of your e-mail), but your outlook can' t recognize it.
