I wasn't immediately aware that you had to join the forum in order to get the licence.   I'm used to buying software from share-it and expect an automated reply from the supplier to take care of things.  If you can get a message into the Share-it sales message explaining that you have to  join the forum to get the licence then that would be good for future customers.

Thanks for letting me know. In fact, we do have the detail regarding joining in the confirmation email you receive from ShareIt right after purchase..

Is the info missing from you email? I just checked to make sure the info is there though..
