Dear all,

Version 2.4.x would be the last version based on ASP, and we ported the software directly without rewriting to ASP.NET 1.1 in version 2.5.x, which concludes the development of the Advanced Edition and is functionally equivalent to version 2.4.x.

Version 3.0 will be a complete rewrite that takes full advantage of the .NET 2.0 framework using web forms and the new code-behind model. You can post your suggestion for version 3 now in the feature suggestion forum and I will try my best to integrate them into the software. We do not have a set date yet for the release of version 3.0, due to the fact that Microsoft keeps pushing back release date for ASP.NET 2.0 / VS.NET 2005.

For the Advanced Edition (2.x), although we will not be adding any more features to it, we will still be releasing bug fixes for it once problems are found.

I would like to apologize for the delay of the release of version 3 due to relocation and personal issues. I didn't have quality time to work on the software this spring. I am back in work mode now and hopefully will be able to get the software out ASAP. In the meantime, thanks to those who wait for your patience and please don't ask for specific date as I don't have one. Samuel Chou
