LockedProblems with uploading pictures to galleries

I uploaded a picture to the gallery.(for 1.1.jpg in attach files)
But in the cover flow thing on the bottom.(for 1.2.jpg in attach files)
 
Replicating:
1.       Upload a new album with a new photo
2.       Return to homepage and look at photos on the bottom, see if the yellow error image shows up
