i have purchased the full version, but can't get the software activation to go through. i get a couldnt match record machine name... any assistance is greatly appreciated. thanks.

Two questions:
Is your URL the same as the one in your support profile home page?
Did you put the order ID in your web.config?
I have checked the database and set the value manually for you. Please try again and see if it works.
