License Questions

I want to buy the software for a personal buisness but I have two questions?
1.Can it host multiple forums over the same computer? (like multiple people paying me to host a forum for them)
2.Do I have permittion to install it on various computers? (when one computer stops being enough, I will have to get another computer...)

1. no, the software does not have the ability to host multiple forums on multiple URLs. Each user must have a license
2. For each computer (instance), a license is required.
