I have a problem - I paid the cost of the software with my credit card, got the receipt from Shareit, and followed the instructions to register on these forums to be able to download.  However, I did not receive a confirmation email to complete my registration.  I went through the registration process a second time, using a different email address, and same thing - no email.  At this point, I am unable to register in the forum, unable to download the software, and out $297.  The two names I registered with were bableson and bablesonx, and I included the Shareit registration number in both.
 
Would it be possible to get one of the confirmation emails sent, so I can start using the software?

It's the 10th, and I still haven't received anything.  I checked to make sure my spam filter wasn't deleting the message.  Please make sure you are sending to business@..

I did. In fact, I have a few people registered today who all passed the email confirmation stage. This is why I know my email function works on this server. Ok, I will send an email directly from my outlook and once you reply me, I will add you to the private user group so that you can download the software.

Hi,

I apologize for the delay. I just approved your account and added it to the private user group. The account I approved was bableson. This is the account that uses the business@ email address.

You can download the software here once you are logged in.

I am investigating this problem because it seems that my server is unable to find the DNS info for your domain, and thus all emails got returned with "Delivery Failure" error.

Again, I apologize for the delay. I will be sending you this message from my hotmail account and I will see if you can get it.
