Checking replies before it enters the forum

Just a very quick question.

1. With the forum, can we have the ability to check each and individual replies / new posts before it gets posted?
2. On the Demo you have, how can I access the Admin features? (adding forums and such)

1. Yes, you can enable "moderation" for a forum and all posts to the forum will be flagged and so only admins and moderators can see them, and can approve them for regular members to see.
2. once you are logged in as the admin, you need to scroll down to the bottom of any page and you will see a graphic , click on it and you will see the control panel.
