  2. Ability to flag if post is vieiwed  in  the last x number of days
  3. The ability to track how long from post to  first response
  4. Ability to track the amount of time from initial post to resolution
  5. Ability to create a template for new post

  1. we have a general stats section in the admin control panel that shows you how many new posts/threads in the last 30 days.

  3. not exactly, but since each post in a thread has its time stamp, it is not hard to see that
  4. resolution - we don't have a mechanism to define "resolution" for a post
