In the admin section, be able to set the default sort for a forum.

eg show " most viewed" on first access, or " show faqs"

Id like to see Admin' s have the ability to override the settings for " No PM' s"

If a user selects not to get PM' s, then this should be correct for the general public.
However, if the Admin wants to easily contact this person, the option should be shown to them only
