Yes, you can modify the software to meet the demand for your site. However, under the license agreement we will not be held responsible for any error that may arise from your modifications, but if error really occurs we may assist you in the best of our ability. My best suggestion to you is that, if you are trying to heavily modify the code, use source control software to prevent error.
