Error adding a new Category

When I log in as Admin and try to add a new category, I click the button to add the category and get an error like this:

Microsoft Cursor Engine error ' 80040e21'

Errors occurred.

/forum/admin/forumpro.asp, line 26

That' s it! Wow, that sure is vague. Any suggestions?

System: NT4.0/IIS4/SP6

First of all, make sure the following requirement are met:

1.you have the latest version of ASP Playground, which can be found in the download area

2.MDAC 2.6 is installed (2.5 is fine too). By the time of my writing, 2.7 is available for download at http://www.microsoft.com/data/
