I am looking for these features nntp support would like an ability to “harvest” cases for a knowledge base very advanced reporting and metrics easy to set up private forums document repositories FAQ that can be fed based on a forum post. I was able to find 4 and 6. Do u offer the other features.

- can you elaborate on this? The FAQ system actually does a good job as a knowledge base because

regarding the reports we are looking for the stats for the website. here are some examples we are looking for Visits duration and last visits, Authenticated users, and last authenticated visits, Days of week and rush hours (pages, hits, KB for each hour and day of week), Most viewed, entry and exit pages, keyphrases and keywords used to find your site Other personalized reports based on url, url parameters

that's what a Stats package or log analyzer for IIS should do. If you track such info using your SQL server, you will bring the server to its knees.

We don't have have log analyzer capabilities built-in the software. You can find the functionality in a specialized IIS log analyzer software (webtrend, awstats, urchin, etc.) and use the forum software for community building.
