asp to check and send forms

I' m looking for help, or a tutorial on using asp to check and submit forms. I would like these forms to show the client what he/she just did, while sending all the information to me. Any help would be great. There is a sample form I' ve created which is a good example of what I will be doing. The link is http://www.totalphoto.com/b-w-form.asp
