Will I need JMail before I can install the forum?

I am trying to inspect my system so I can be sure that this software will run. I tried your demo forum and it seemed you would need JMail to enable e-mail function.. Will I need to purchase the component?

hi, no, you don' t need Jmail. CDONTS will be just fine. JMail is just an option. In the next updates, we will have new supports to other mail components
- ASPEmail
- ASPMail
- ASPQMail (not sure if we will support this component)

thanks.. our server has CDONTS, so I guess it is sufficient to run every feature of the software. I will pick up a copy now.
