Q: What are the regular support hours?

Regular business hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm PST. Questions posted/email-ed during the regular business hours will be answered on the same day (ususally within a couple hours).

On weekends, you can still mail us your questions or post them on the forum. But do expect a longer delay (up to 48 hours) before I reply.
