Many of the features you find in the software requires sending emails to your members. You can customize email templates with symbols for required elements in the Admin control panel.
For the mailing mechanism, the software uses
System.NET.Mail, which is part of the .NET framework, so you don't have to purchase additional software.
In addition, you can generate
mail list (name + e-mail) for your users. If you organize your users into groups, you can even generate mail list based on group(s). Mail list is useful if you have a separate software that handles newsletters (e.g.) for your members.
Please note: We don' t support mass-mailing inside the software. Doing so will kill your forum instantly.
