Watermark for Image Gallery

For the next big release, I would strongly suggest a watermark option for the image gallery. I don't know how robust the image handling is, but that should be a fairly standard feature to dig into. Would be nice to be able to select text or an image to be the watermark. Or to be unique, how about allowing the username of the user who posts the image to be the watermark? In my application, I've got a lot of image thieves and watermarks are one way to deal with that...not foolproof by any means, but a step in the right direction.

I've never seen that within a forum. If .net could do it then that would be pretty cool. You could just use Fireworks or Photoshop batch process to stamp images with your domain name. Or use something like this: http://www.photowatermark.com/

Watermarks are a common image gallery function, but not a function you'd normally find in 'forum' software.

...but you're correct, if I was uploading a lot of my own images I would watermark them in PS.
