Visual Confirmation and Support before buying?

1.  Does the software have the capabilites of offering visual confirmation at registration to help prevent spam bots? Visual confirmation meaning graphic image with letters, numbers, etc. that the user would have to confirm.  What other spam prevention features does the software have?  This is high importance to the company.

2.  What other troubleshooting features are offered besides the community forums and email (phone support, live chat, etc.)?

Hi,

1) Visual confirmation will be available in the next version, but it is not hard to hack one in either to the current version.
2) We only offer forum and email support at the moment, but in the future I plan to offer paid live chat support.
