VB Runtime Error ..Need help Tue. Oct 22, '02 9:30 PM (permalink)

I am getting a this error when i try to submit on the Registration Page

Microsoft VBScript runtime error ' 800a0046'

Permission denied

/js/mailroutine.asp, line 22

This error did not appear until i upgraded to SP3 on echange 2000 ...any ideas ??

Alos when i try to forward a MSG on the Forum to someone else.. after i enter the email addres and click send .. i get an 500 internal server error ...

It worked before .. and the SP3 installation went without errors...
