User Rating / User Tables

ASPplayground has more or less everything a forum needs!

One thing needed to take it to the next level though is a full blown user rating system, with Leader tables and the like...this is the sort of thing that really attracts community members to stay and try helping out others.

Whether this would be based purely on votes, or on points awarded by visitors or a mix of both would have to be researched though forums like experts-exchange.com have benefitted greatly from such a system, their boards are some of the most popular in the industry, with users always returning to help others out because they know that they're increase their points if they do so.

I havent looked into this fully yet though i think there's a lot of potential in taking advantage of this.
