User FAQ Sat. Oct 31, '09 4:02 PM (permalink)

I really like the User FAQ.   My only issue is that a very slim number of users will identify with the "ASPPlayground" forum name.

How about offering a *.doc or *.rtf version that license owners could manipulate for themselves?

Or perhaps if you're bored and want to code something up, a tool for license owners to input their forum name and have a PDF spit out for them to d/l?     (I know programmers just love those sorts of statements).

Good idea - and that way people can edit [delete] sections not relevant to the forum.

I'd like to +1 my own post here for an editable version of the User FAQ (which is a great resource for users).

At the very least, changing some of the language in the FAQ would be a good idea.  The word "gonna", while potentially cute, is not really suited for a product FAQ.

Example:  "What is gonna happen to the flagged post?"

I need to read further, but that bit really jumped out at me.
