Samuel, When setting the upload choice to " No Upload" using the admin control panel, What uploading features are still available to the members? (avators, profile picture, etc) ... And can the administrator override the upload restriction?

If you disable upload, none of the upload function will be available for members. Admin can' t override the NO Upload preference either. However, we have very detailed configuration for each feature that uses PGDUpload. You can enable upload for the entire application, but disable PM Upload, file attachment, avatar, and profile picture.
