Thanks for contacting us first. And yes, we do have an upgrade package for Snitz to version 2.5.5 of our software (previous version).

Once you have converted successfully to 2.5.5, you can then upgrade to V3.

Thanks for your reply. I didn't see this until now and in the meantime have purchased and installed version 3.9
I have followed the activation steps though it hasn't activated yet.
So what do you suggest I do? Can I delete my 3.9 installation and then install the earlier version and then upgrade?
Ideally I'd like to upgrade and test it a bit and then do a data refresh to bring it all up to date so I can do a cutover. Do you have any recommendations?
The SNitz site is  and the new site is
Thanks

You can
  1. uninstall the 3.9 db from the setup program,
  2. migrate the Snitz db to our 2.5.5 db,
  3. connect the existing 3.9 files to the 2.5.5 db (change the connection string in web.config to point to it), and
  4. run the setup program again to upgrade all the way to 3.9.
