UBB 6.4 Converter Available?

I think you have a great product.  It's a perfect solution for my purpose since I'm on an IIS server.  Currently I'm on UBB Classic (Perl and flat file) but have looked into other boards that are databased.  I've read in several threads (some outdated a couple recent) that you now have a UBB converter?  If this is true, then am I able to have intact all member registry, posts and forums? 

We have only a UBB conversion script for version 5.x, but not version 6.x

Are there options I can explore that you know of?  Any suggestion will help.  It's imperative that I keep the data intact. 

After doing a bit of searching here and internet, it seems that my best option is (first) convert UBB 6.4 to another board (vB) then convert that to ASPPlayground.  It doesn't seem practicle at all having to buy another board (vB) just to act as a bridge.  I would choose to convert UBB to Snitz first, since ASPPlayground, has the converter for it...But I can't find a UBB converter to Snitz.   
 
I am a potential customer here so any help would be appreciated.
