Tweak to Slide Show function Refresh Interval (s)?

Perhaps a bit late to include in 2.3, but I don't understand why you allow a value of 2 seconds to go into Refresh Interval (s)?

I think 5 should be the absolute minimum between pics. Just my opinion...but allowing users to put in 2 seconds could stess the server with enough users 'playing around' with the Slide Show.

Ideally, I'd like to see a simple drop down with selectable intervals defined by the Admin.

e.g. 5, 10, or 15 seconds between pictures.

Picture a popular forum with many pics and if many people use the slide show it will be tough to tell how much of a CPU impact there is 'cos who knows how many users are using 5 seconds or 15 seconds, etc...

You will be able to specify intervals you want, and if you'd like to lock it, just specify the desired interval and nothing else.
