Tickets for tech support

Considering how closely the 'report abuse' tickets resemble a tech support system, I'm sure you considered adding such functionality... It would be nice to be able to tag a forum as 'generates support tickets' - and every new topic would generate such a ticket. I know I could use such a feature. bill
