Subscription Digests Needed

There does not seem to be any way to create a subscription Digest instead of receiving individual e-mail messages.  This is important to us so that the users get one e-mail per day that lists activity for all their subscriptions instead of 50 e-mails that clog their inbox.

With the explosion of e-mail that users receive, we need a forum that will not create an avalanche of e-mail!  I already get enough e-mail, but i want to monitor large numbers of forums.

We have reviewed a number of forum software applications that provide this feature, and none are as powerful as ASPPlayground, but we really need Digests...

Thanks for your message. Message Digest will be included sometime in the future, after the version 3 is released. We do however have the ability for users to decide whether to receive message notification on every message, or only after they have visited the forum again.

With this feature selected in their profiles, if they do not visit the forum again after receiving one notification, they will not receive any future notification. This feature is available on both forum level and thread level subscription.
