hi Kenneth, sticky topics are shown in the forum as top, and you can make the message sticky topic by clicking on the  (on the right of each topic).

Hello Sam I've just realized the reason that I wasn't able to have access to version 2 tutorial forum and that you denied me the membership application to which I applied was that I BOUGHT 2 COPIES OF VERSION 1 thinking that the 2nd copy was AN UPGRADE to version 2. If you need verification, give me a link so I can email you the receipt of both copies. Now that I have two copies and that I want an upgrade, what should I do? Thanks (a friend of mine told me to go ahead and present you the situation because, in his own word you're a very reasonable person; therefore, I tried.)
