Simple addition from UI perspective...

This is an easy one. The "<< Older Topic Newer Topic >> " should also appear on the lower bar after all the posts. Right now it only appears at the top. The majority of the time a user will read down a thread and then want to go to newer or older at the bottom. However right now you have to scroll all the way back to the top of the page to hit the "<< Older Topic Newer Topic >> " links. So this suggestion is to just add it again to the bottom bar for easier navigation and less scrolling for those who use those links.
