Service Release 2 for beta 3.2 - Access is released. This service release inculdes a minor bug fix in ip blocking as well as a small display bug. Also, it has a bit of structural change to allow easier customization (not visible to users). Upload routine has been optimized thus allows faster pure ASP upload.
