I do like the feature of revisioning but like you wrote elsewhere it can consume lots of database space, esspecially when someone has to corrects his /her grammar a few times.

Wouldn't it be something that revisioning feature starts after a number of minutes (maybe also dynamical via admin options), so that writing errors can be corrected by the poster within a reasonable time without wasting db space?

Lets say for example someone edits his message after his post within 5 minutes, then you won't see the editted by message (if it is the poster self editting) and the post won't be saved twice. But after 5 minutes revisioning starts.

I like to see sometimes how someone edits like 2 minutes later to change a lot of nasty stuff they said...

Either way, it should be optional as a fast moving board would be different than a slow board.

suggest a numeric field in the admin panel, set xx min for post to be edited without revision, enter 0 for no edit without revision.
