Remote posting

I was wondering if there is any feature or planned feature that allows someone to post to the board (with proper access and permissions) through emailing the board?  We are running a board where periodically we receive government email announcements from an automatic mailing list that need posting.  Is there a way to give them an email address that will post to a particular subforum of our board, so that we do not have to then cut and paste the announcment into a post?

We don't have plan to support email posting at the moment, until we have a reliable way to verify the identity of the sender.
