Recyled posts should move thread back to original date order in forum

If the last post of a thread is moved to the Recycle Bin the thread does not loose its placement on the forums main page. Let me give an example.

Say a thread has fallen off the main page and someone makes an offensive post to the thread. The new offensive posts brings the thread to the top of the main page of that forum. If the offensive post is placed in the recycle bin the thread stays at the top of the first page, and even though the offensive post is only visible to moderators, the member that posted the offensive post still shows as the last member to have posted to the thread.

I think it would be better if when the last post of a thread is moved to the Recycle Bin the thread returned to its previous placement in the forum, and the main page showed the name of the member that made the last good post.
