Quick Reply Box at bottom of page

It would be nice to have a quick reply box (stripped down version of full reply) at the bottom of the tm.asp page under all the posts. This way if you have a short text answer you can bypass the button click and popup. It was hacked into our old fourm and our guys really miss that thing now.

this feature is planned, and I will see if I can make it into 2.1.5. By the way, I will be using FreddyD's method to incorporate "bolding new posts" in 2.1.5. It is more flexible and not any harder.
