I am very interested in purchasing your forum software to replace a software that we now use (Anyboard, from Netbula).  I was playing around with your Test forum to see it will fulfill our requirements and could not get the Forum to default to Tree Configuration.  Ideally I would like to have the Forum default set to an "expanded" tree, where on the main page it shows the title of the first post on the thread AND the title of each response (expanded tree format). --  However, when I set it to Tree Style, it only shows it in tree format after the reader goes into the thread itself, and ONLY when I view the Forum with  Internet Explorer -- with Netscape it still displays in Flat Style.  I also noticed that when I use Internet Explorer, on the main page there is a little "+" box before the title of the thread, that when clicked shows the title of each of the responses to the post (which what I want) -- the problem is that the "+" box does not appear at all with Netscape.  Does that mean that the format on Netscape ALWAYS comes up as Flat, regardless of the default Forum configuration?

The second question I have is about password retrieval.  I created a new user account, and when logging in I used the "Forgot Password" link... the server told me that I had successfully requested password change and that instructions had been emailed to me, but I never receceived it.  Is that function not fully enabled in the Test Forum or is that a glitch?
Thanks in advance for your assistance.

    Hi,
    1. Although we support Tree style, it is only available on browsers that supports it and only on the message viewing page. This means all Netscape 4.x can't display it. All other browsers (IE 5+, Opera 8+, Firefox) can view the tree.
    2. there was a glitch in the demo forum setup, and it is now fixed and verified. Thanks for your report, and you can now try again.

Did you mean to say "and is now fixed"?  I tried the Password Retrieval feature again, and still didn't get anything...

Yes, it is now fixed (sorry for the typo).

I looked at the log and didn't see any Badmail dated after 11:45AM, which is the time I fixed the issue, and there were indeed plenty of badmails dated before it in the log confirming your issue.

I then tried with a hotmail account again and did get the email and was able to reset my password.

Please make sure that you white list our email (sent from noreply@my-domain-name) and try looking for the email in your junk folder.
